Client brief. Create the complete compliance part of Cloud Desk. The CRM is built on the same accounts. Prepared for Eximinq.
That is the work Eximinq is seeking, and it is the job this quotation prices. Cloud Desk already signs people in, lists the catalogue, takes a request, and holds a wallet. The compliance part of that desk is still to be created. Golden Owl creates it.
Complete, here, means the written list: a standard case for every catalogue service; statutory profiles for the 10 modules already started; and three desks Eximinq fills with its own figures and dates (licensing, incentive and realisation, import monitoring). The CRM is the second part of the same job, on those same accounts. Duty calculator, HSN, a rebuild of eximinq.in, e-invoicing, government filing, and a deep engine for any other service stay outside this price.
The client brief is to create the complete compliance part of Cloud Desk: one place where an importer, exporter, CHA, or logistics client can see what is due, what Eximinq has marked as filed, what is blocked, and what it costs. The desk already has the spine. Golden Owl builds the compliance part that is missing, and adds the CRM so Eximinq can run the relationship behind that work. The written list is the scope. A module that is not on that list is a change request.
On 11 October 2026 Golden Owl signed in to the live desk at eximinq-clouddesk.vercel.app and read the catalogue, command centre, wallet, and request board. The public site eximinq.in was read the same day.
Sign-in, the catalogue, the request, and the wallet are already on the live desk. The compliance part is the missing work, and it is what this quotation creates. The spine stays.
Each row is something a client or an Eximinq manager will hit if the desk is opened in this state.
| Loophole | What the live desk shows | What it costs Eximinq | Severity |
|---|---|---|---|
| Catalogue ahead of the engine | 71 services are in the store. 10 point at a statutory module. 61 do not. The request board is carrying 6 service types. | A client browses a full compliance menu and lands in a thin form. | High |
| No CRM | The application has no enquiry, lead, pipeline, activity, owner, or follow-up. | Enrolment, renewal, and chasing sit outside the desk that does the work. | High |
| No obligation clock | A request has an SLA. A licence, an EPCG export obligation, an IMS pre-arrival window, or an open EDPMS entry does not have its own date register. | The portal can say a case is active while a date Eximinq cares about has already passed. This quotation adds a register of those dates. It does not calculate the legal obligation. | High |
| The case loop is open | Eight requests, zero completed. Smart Vault is empty in the admin view. The request object itself is well shaped: pricing, documents, assignment, health, and next action are already fields. | The team cannot yet show a client a closed file or an audit pack inside the product. | High |
| Three desks, uneven wiring | Admin, agent, and client shells exist. Login returns 7 admin menus. The interface also hard-codes Service, Profile, Workforce, Wallet, and Billing modes. User management calls a route the API answers with 404. The user list is available on a different route. | Staff meet screens that do not match the data behind them. | Medium |
| The desk sleeps | The interface is on Vercel. The API host was asleep at the start of this review. The first call took about 30 seconds to wake. | A compliance desk sold as day-to-day help cannot open on a sleeping server. | Medium |
| One shared admin door | This review used a single administrator login. The sign-in screen has no second factor. | Every client file hangs on one shared password. Named staff logins and a second factor are a week-one condition of go-live. | Medium |
| Wallet without a commercial close | Quotes, GST fields, wallet, and credit line exist. Invoice & Billing is a mode in the shell. An account does not yet show a tax invoice, a receipt, and an outstanding balance next to the relationship. | Eximinq can take a wallet debit and still not see who owes what. | Medium |
| Website and product disagree | eximinq.in offers duty calculation, HSN and exemption help, and a compliance audit. Cloud Desk does not contain those tools. | A prospect who enrols from the website meets a different product. Those three tools are not in this quotation. A marketing-site rebuild is a separate quote. | Medium |
This is the compliance part of Cloud Desk that Eximinq asked Golden Owl to create. A client logs in and sees four things: what is due, what Eximinq has marked as filed, what is blocked, and what it costs. An agent sees the case, the documents, and the dates on that case. Eximinq sees the relationship: who enquired, who enrolled, who owns the account, which licence date falls this month, and what is unpaid. Filing status is the status Eximinq records. The portal does not read DGFT or ICEGATE on its own.
The job is the complete compliance part of the live Cloud Desk. Golden Owl creates that part, and the CRM on the same accounts. Government filing on DGFT, ICEGATE, and the other portals stays with Eximinq's practitioners. The software prepares the file, holds the evidence, watches the date, assigns the person, and reports the commercial position.
Both options create the complete compliance part of Cloud Desk, and the CRM, through the same handover. They do not cost the same.
One price to create the complete compliance part of Cloud Desk, and the CRM beside it.
Per month for 9 months, without taxes. INR 8,28,000 in total, without taxes. The same complete compliance part of Cloud Desk, and the same CRM.
Both options spend the nine months creating that compliance part, with the CRM beside it. Month 8 is UAT. Month 9 is training, cutover, and handover.
| Month | Compliance part of Cloud Desk | CRM |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Re-baseline, information architecture, security, awake hosting, one data model. | Account and contact model on the clients already in Cloud Desk. |
| 2 | Statutory profile as the master record. Repair admin routes and menus. Document vault. | Enquiry capture and source. |
| 3 | Standard case for every catalogue service: quote, documents, assignment, SLA, wallet. | Pipeline from New through Won and Lost. |
| 4 | Licensing register: AA, EPCG, DFIA, SCOMET. Dates and figures entered by Eximinq. | Owner, calls, meetings, follow-up dates. |
| 5 | Incentive and realisation desk from Eximinq's figures: RoDTEP, RoSCTL, drawback, IGST refund, e-BRC, EDPMS entries. | A won enquiry opens a Cloud Desk case. |
| 6 | Import-monitoring reminders from shipment dates Eximinq enters. Expiry alerts by email. | Renewal tasks generated from the licence dates on the register. |
| 7 | Client, agent, and admin command centres on the same cases. Email notifications. | Outstanding and last invoice on the account. |
| 8 | Invoice and receipt PDFs with GST fields. Ageing. Audit log. UAT. | Pipeline, follow-up, and renewal reports. |
| 9 | Training, catalogue polish, production cutover, handover of code and hosting. | Staff playbook. Shared admin login retired. |
